These terms apply to every purchase from fifiarthouse.com, the online store of Fifi Art House, an independent gallery in Vancouver, British Columbia. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The artworks

Original artworks are one of a kind. We describe each work as accurately as we can, with its medium, size and year. Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person. Sizes are given in inches, height × width × depth.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Availability

Because each original artwork is unique, a work may occasionally sell elsewhere at the same time. If this happens, we will tell you straight away and refund your payment in full.

Prints

Prints are produced in limited editions and made to order for each purchase.

Certificate of authenticity

Every original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Copyright

Buying an artwork gives you ownership of the physical work. Copyright stays with the artist, so the work and its images may not be reproduced or sold without the artist's written permission.
