Returns of original artworks

If an original artwork is not right for you, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging and with its certificate of authenticity.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked and insured shipping service.
• Commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number. Once the returned artwork has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prints

Prints are made to order and cannot be returned. If a print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will replace it with a new print at no cost.

Damaged in transit

Every artwork is carefully packaged for transport and insured for its full value. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and its packaging. We will review the damage and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
